Attending a school like the University of Washington can be an overwhelming experience, especially for young women moving away from home for the first time. Joining the Greek Community is one of the most effective ways to make this transition smoother. In addition to providing you with a home away from home, becoming a member of Delta Delta Delta will provide you with lasting friendships among women who share common values and goals. Each member of our chapter forges meaningful memories while participating in a sisterhood that lasts a lifetime. However, none of this is possible without taking the first step to participate in Formal Recruitment.
Sorority life is a tradition deeply rooted at the University of Washington. The purpose of Formal Recruitment is to give potential new members an inside look at what sorority life is like. During Formal Recruitment, you will have the opportunity to speak one-on-one with our members. Through these conversations you will be able to learn about the values and sisterhood of our chapter. In addition, we will share with you what the Theta Alpha Chapter has to offer in terms of leadership opportunities and philanthropic involvement. Formal Recruitment provides us with the chance to meet incredible women who may become part of sisterhood. We look forward to meeting you in the fall!
If you are an alumnae or collegiate member wishing to submit a reference to the Theta Alpha Chapter on behalf of a Potential New Member, follow this link to download the reference form. Once you fill the form out, please email it to our Reference Chair, Taylor Comerford, at firstname.lastname@example.org.
We look forward to meeting you in the fall
